Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1 cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Place a quarter of each ingredient (rice, beans, cheese, chicken, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce) in the center of the tortilla.
