Pink Lemonade Pie
Recipe by Matthew Bronsert
Ingredients:
- 1. Graham cracker crust
- 8 oz frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (eg, Eagle Brand)
- 8oz Cool Whip
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of pink lemonade concentrate with the sweetened condensed milk. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes until well blended.
- Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Freeze the pie for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top with the remaining Cool Whip.
