Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed cornflakes mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat evenly with the seasoned cornflake mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
