Pink Lemonade Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1. Graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (eg, Eagle Brand)
  • 8oz Cool Whip

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of pink lemonade concentrate with the sweetened condensed milk. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes until well blended.
  2. Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Freeze the pie for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Before serving, top with the remaining Cool Whip.
